ABOUT

Yoga is a combination of physical, mental, and spiritual components that creates balance within a person and their environment. Everyone can benefit from yoga, no matter your age, body type, athletic ability, flexibility, and experience. My style of teaching is authentic and nurturing, providing a safe environment for self-growth. I love designing various classes that are physical, inspirational and based on individual needs.

 

In 2010 I was invited to a yoga studio with my friend not really knowing what to expect. I was humbled and challenged by the experience. At the end of class, I felt a strong sense of pride and accomplishment. I was relaxed and had peace of mind. That night I slept so well that I returned to the studio the following morning. I have been practicing yoga ever since. In 2015, I attended the 200 hour teacher training at the Himalayan Yoga Institute of Buffalo and received my certification in Hatha yoga. 

I am also certified in Core Strength Vinyasa and have education background in Yoga for trauma victims.
